RESIDENTIAL ADDITION

750 sq. ft. addition to an existing small house. project includes a newly renovated spacious kitchen, breakfast area, home office, family room, 2 outdoor decks and patio. cork and polished concrete floors, poured concrete stairs, natural wood trim/finishes, reclaimed stone patio & walkway. exterior photos/drawings above, interior photos below.

ATTIC/LOFT RENOVATION

existing attic renovated into a master bedroom loft w/ full bathroom, custom wood rolling doors and additional closet/storage space. all design and construction by MMA. before and after photos included.

COTTAGE LANDSCAPE DESIGN

native, low maintenance species of various size, shape, texture and color were carefully selected to create seasonal interest in the front yard of a small cottage. design & installation by MMA.
